Mindful Brian

Guided meditations, structured courses, mood tracking, and journaling from certified teachers

What is Mindful Brian?

Mindful Brian is a personal mindfulness companion app that supports daily practice and long-term wellbeing. Unlike meditation library apps, Mindful Brian delivers structured courses from certified teachers, combining guided meditations with mood tracking, journaling, an AI chatbot for between-session support, and progress tracking to help you build a consistent practice.

Built on the BeWell Catalyst platform by BeWell IT, Mindful Brian supports a range of evidence-based modalities including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), yoga therapy, Alexander Technique, and stress management programmes. Teachers own their brand and relationship with participants — you join your teacher's specific programme, not a generic meditation feed.
