Open the Mindful Brian app and either create a new free account or log in with your existing credentials.

Choose Your Programme (New Users)
You have multiple options to get started:
Free exploration: Try the "Mindful Tech Leader Overview" to explore core concepts and practices, and get an introduction to your wellness platform.
Have a course key? Enter your specific course key to access your teacher's customized programme.

Programme Options
Mindful Brian offers various programmes for different needs - from stress management to sleep improvement. Start with the free introduction or join your teacher's specific course.
Add Another Programme (Existing Users)
If you already have an account and want to add another programme, go to the Account screen. Look for the "My Programmes" section and tap on the "+ Add Programme" button. Then enter your course key or select from available programmes.
